 So Johnny Foreigner's "Choose your side and shut up!" tour has come and gone. Every performance was something truly awesome in its own special way. From the chaotic fun of Stellenbosch to the extreme fandom of Joburg to the epicness of Ramfest, every time the band got on stage it was like an explosion of rock and roll awesomeness.

We'd just like to say a massive thank you to the sponsors, venues and bands that made this tour possible. Extra special thanks to MK for helping spread the good word. And most of all thanks to you, the kids that made this tour the success that it was. To everyone that told their friends about Johnny Foreigner, invited people to the events, came to the gigs, bought t-shirts, danced, sung along and screamed for more, THANK YOU! Johnny Foreigner were in awe of the incredible community of music lovers we're all lucky enough to be a part of.

Living in South Africa it's easy to take things for granted. But it was awesome hearing Jo Fo (a band that have toured through the USA, Japan and most Europe) endlessly carry on about how the SA scene is one of the most amazing they've ever seen. It makes you realise what a passionate, sincere and truly rock and roll extended family we have, every time we get together in front of a stage or on a dance floor. Thanks to all of you for helping prove it is possible to bring a genuinely cutting-edge, underground act to this country, to become a part of our family for a few weeks.

After the success of this tour, Griet has all intentions of bringing more international bands and DJs to our shores. In the immediate future we'll be working some very exciting projects, getting some of our local acts onto international shores, but we hope Jo Fo will only be the first of many Foreigners we bring to our beautiful country.
